1. What data we collect

Through the quote request form: first and last name, company name, email address, optionally the phone number, the category of interest and the details of your request. Technically, we collect the IP address and the time of sending, strictly to prevent abuse.

Through the chat on the site: the messages you write, the IP address and the time of the messages. To keep the conversation open, the site uses the so_chat cookie (see the Cookie policy).

2. Why we process it

• To answer your request or your chat message and send you a quote — basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To prevent abuse of the form and of the chat — basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

3. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for 24 months from the last contact, if no contract is signed. If you become a client, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the legal archiving periods.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent data. It can be accessed, strictly in order to provide our services, by: the hosting provider, the email service provider, the provider of the site administration platform (where quote requests are received) and, where relevant, the suppliers involved in fulfilling your order. Chat messages are sent to the provider of the artificial intelligence service that writes the automatic replies. All of them are bound by contract to confidentiality.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent (art. 15-21 GDPR). You can exercise them by writing to office@supplyone.ro.

6. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data breaks the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the requests received is restricted to authorised people, through individual accounts.
